The Tathra Surf Club continues to provide a strong community presence and with 9 patrols rotating throughout the season, it ensures the safety of its community and visitors to our beaches. Tourist outlets in Tathra and the surrounding region are proud of our Club and promote a patrolled beach and our diligent volunteer lifesavers heavily in their marketing campaigns. We retain a high safety record due to the commitment of our dedicated lifesavers. 

Tathra continues to retain its young members through a strong commitment to ongoing training and education. Nippers is a strong contingent of the club. Junior development is nurtured to ensure we have lifesavers in the future.
